Terms and Conditions

Hotel Eagles Pyramids View - Terms and Conditions:

  1. Reservation and Check-in:
    • All reservations are subject to availability.
    • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability.
    • Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport during check-in.
  2. Payment and Charges:
    • Payment for the reservation is required at the time of booking, either through a valid credit/debit card or other accepted payment methods.
    • The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit/debit card provided for the reservation.
    • All rates are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
    • Additional charges may apply for extra services, minibar usage, and any other incidental expenses.
  3. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date may incur a one-night room charge.
    • Non-arrival (no-show) without prior notice will result in the full reservation amount being charged.
    • Special cancellation policies may apply for group bookings and certain promotional rates.
  4. Checkout Policy:
    • Standard checkout time is 12:00 PM local time. Late checkout requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
    • Early departure may result in an early departure fee. Please notify the front desk at least 24 hours in advance if you plan to leave before your scheduled checkout date.
  5. Guest Responsibilities:
    • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, as per local regulations.
    • The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended in public areas or guest rooms.
  6. Conduct:
    • Guests are expected to maintain a respectful and considerate demeanor towards other guests and hotel staff.
    • Any behavior that disrupts the comfort or safety of other guests or staff may result in the guest being asked to leave without a refund.
  7. Safety and Security:
    • Guests must comply with all hotel safety and security procedures, including those related to emergency evacuations.
    • The hotel is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the hotel premises.
  8. Pet Policy:
    • Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises, with the exception of service animals as required by law.
